Daniel is a programmer. He formerly created custom IT solutions for TV companies and media agencies in Poland.
In 2008, he started a web portal Sejmometr.pl as a hobby. Its goal was to present Polish deputies activities using concepts and tools known from popular social portals. Seeing the increasing popularity of Sejmometr, he founded ePaństwo Foundation. The foundation creates open data portals and popularizes idea of government transparency, civic society and citizens supervision over authorities.
In 2012, Sejmometr won “Trailblazer Award” (granted by European Union bodies)
In 2012, Daniel was nominated to “Info Star” award (granted by Polish IT Association)
In 2013, Daniel was nominated to award of professor Zbigniew Hołda.
